Women in 1960s Ukrainian cinema
Continuing our series of lectures organised byCambridge Ukrainian Studiesand the Ukrainian Institute, we are delighted to invite you to a talk ‘With a movie camera and on the screen: Women in 1960s Ukrainian cinema’by Olena Dmytryk, which will take place on Thursday, October 3rd, 7.00PM at the Ukrainian Institute in London.
Olena Dmytryk is an activist and an independent researcher based in Kyiv. Her research interests include Soviet and international cinema, contemporary art and culture, gender and queer studies.
The talk will be held in English and the presenter will be happy to have the post-talk discussion in English and Ukrainian.
This talk is part of a lecture series organised by Cambridge Ukrainian Studies and the Ukrainian Institute.
