Ukraine has undergone a great deal of change in the last five years, but many feel its pace has been excruciatingly slow and the momentum for reform has been lost. As Ukraine approaches its second presidential elections since the Revolution of Dignity, how great is the risk of a rollback of reforms under the next administration? Or has Ukraine passed a point of no return? What are the most crucial changes that need to be made in the next five years? How successful are the reforms of the state institutions? And elite renewal? What are the value shifts driving this change?

A talk with Yevhen Hlibovytsky, member of Nestor Group. The talk will be followed by a wine reception.

The talk will be moderated by Robert Brinkley, Chairman of the Board of Ukrainian Institute London.

This event will be held in English.
