Marina Pesenti
Marina Pesenti is originally from Kyiv. She is a graduate of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and holds an MSc from the London School of Economics. Marina spent 10 years with the BBC World Service in London, producing and presenting programmes. She was a winner of BBC World Service Documentary Bursary Award and produced documentaries for the English and Ukrainian desks. Marina has conducted research for think tanks, such as Legatum Institute in London and Kennan Institute in Kyiv. She was Director of Ukrainian Investment Summit in London with Adam Smith Conferences and freelanced for Bell Pottinger, a UK-based PR consultancy. Marina was Director of the Ukrainian Institute in 2015-2020. Marina is the author of ‘Cultural Revival and Social Transformation in Ukraine’, Chatham House (2020).

Olesya Ostrovska-Lyuta
Olesya Ostrovska-Lyuta is the general director of the Mystetskyi Arsenal National Arts and Culture Museum Complex. Olesya's previous experience includes working with the International Renaissance Foundation, the Foundation Centre for Contemporary Art (where she was Assistant Director) and the Development of Ukraine Non-Profit Foundation ( where she was the manager of projects and programmes) . In 2014 Olesya held the position of First Deputy Minister of Culture of Ukraine. In 2016 she worked as deputy director of the Pro.Mova Analytics Centre. Since July 2016 Olesya has been a general director of the Mystetskyi Arsenal National Arts and Culture Museum Complex.

Kateryna Botanova
Kateryna Botanova is a cultural critic, journalist, curator and policy analyst. Before joining CULTURESCAPES, she was director of CSM/Foundation Center for Contemporary Art in Kyiv (2010-2015) and founder and editor-in-chief of the online journal on contemporary art and culture KORYDOR. She curated numerous projects, consulted and did research for a variety of European cultural institutions and programs, including Eastern Partnership Cultural Program, EUNIC etc. As cultural critic and essayist she contributes to numerous Ukrainian media, as well as internationals ones — Eurozine, Neue Zürcher Zeitung, OpenDemocracy etc. She is a member of PEN-Ukraine.
